EVENT ▲: Agenda Show NYC Summer 2012 Recap

Photos by Troy Paraiso

I've been attending Agenda Show for years, and the first thing you should know is that it's not open to the public, nor is it easy getting in under Press. Well, this year I did that, and entered under the Dope Overdose Brand. This year's show was a lot better than their last which was held on the West Side of Manhattan. Overall the show was good, and I'm anticipating the next as their always improving, from Brands to Sponsors.

Getting right to it, Reason Clothing (thank you, Mike, Carly, and Jon) brand had one of the most impressive setups I've seen since the Brooklyn Circus last year at Project Show. They've opened up a Store location in the past 6 months and are continuing to mature their brand.

I seen my folks Mike from Frank's Chop Shop, shot a cool lil' shoot (scroll down for post) with my homegirl & model Ashley Franco, as she rocked the new FCS x Black Scale New Era Cap Fitted, releasing in November.

Once I got to the second floor I checked out a few of the Snapbacks from Official brand. I met their rep, Justus, cool kid from San Francisco - much love to them, as they had some dope caps.

Also seen my boys from LA, Dissizit!, so shoutout to them for kickin' it. Lastly, thanks to Christine from the Show (last photo) for accepting DOPE OD, and making me smile every time I seen her smile.

BRAND LOVE ▲: Dissizit! at Agenda Show NYC

Photos by Troy Paraiso

Dissizit! is an LA based Streetwear brand founded by Graffiti legend OG Slick. They are the streets, the art, the lifestyle, and these guys have been turnt up for 10 years. Wylie (top photo/left side) invited me to come see him & Ian (top right/right side) at Agenda Show NYC, so we could kick it and talk industry sh*t. He said the Show was a great opportunity to meet & greet their accounts in person, and was inspired to see how hard other brands work.

Available in NY at:

All The Right
House of Fitted Caps
Bed Stuy Fly
New Era NYC Flagship

STREETWEAR ▲: Ashley Franco x Frank's Chop Shop x Black Scale x New Era Caps (shot at Agenda Show NYC)

Photos by Troy Paraiso

Releasing in early November will be the Frank's Chop Shop x Black Scale Fitted (co-branded) with New Era Caps. When I seen it yesterday I wasn't sure if it had been shot, so I had to shoot it, as this might be a first look to the Public of the piece.

I talked to Mike (FCS Owner) and he said it's releasing November 1st for Holiday and that the Horseshoe represents Good luck & Prosperity for all.

Side Note: Ashley Franco or as we may know her, Chop Shop Ash is Boricua (Puerto Rican) and a motherfu*king problem! You other Models need to step your cookies up.

KICKS ▲: Air Jordan 12 OG "Flu Game" (ca. 1997)

Air Jordan 12 OG "Flu Game" circa 1997, via FCNY for $500. Erick Proenza sold them to me for less than half of that. Granted I paid $25 to have the Outsole re-glued after wearing them twice, but for what I paid, that was worth it.

Also, the fact that no other AJ 12 released this year was better, means I run NY in the streets with these on my feet.

In case you didn't believe me.
